The Founders
Dr. Sean Robinson is a research scientist working in the areas of machine learning, social media analysis, artificial intelligence and data science for a leading technology incubator in Seattle. Sean has led a variety of simulation, modeling and analysis tasks pertinent to detection algorithm development, search for items of interest, the protection of U.S. borders and the development of signatures of anomalies and rare events. He earned his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Washington, developing source characterization algorithms for a NASA/DOE Gamma Ray Telescope.
Megan Durham is the chief technology officer at a startup in Seattle, in charge of driving innovation within the company. Her experience includes work in search engine optimization, information security, website and app development, digital advertising, data analysis tools, publishing, grant writing, and research.
